GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS

1. General rules

To purchase services online, you must fill in all the requested fields and accept these General Terms and Conditions. By doing so, you expressly, fully, and unreservedly agree to all the policies established in the version published by Girona Experience, which will be binding for both parties. Purchases can be made in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Girona Experience ensures that all products and services offered comply with legal requirements, quality guarantees, and, if necessary, the corresponding insurance coverage.

The system will issue a payment receipt with all the details of the purchased services and the total price. All transactions will be conducted through secure payment platforms, with full confidentiality of your data. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Once the payment is validated, the transaction will be completed, and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction.

2. Payment type

For online purchases, 100% of the service price must be paid. All prices and payments include taxes and fees. The proof of purchase is valid only for the date on which the reservation was made.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 100% penalty of the total price.

Clients who do not arrive at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled departure time stated on the proof of purchase will also forfeit 100% of the service price. Changes can be requested through the Customer Service Center (tel. +34 646 27 43 07 or email: info@gironaexperience.es

- Girona Experience is not responsible for:

Cancellation or changes of any service program by the promoter.

Cancellations due to force majeure.

4. Purchase Procedure

Once the client has chosen the products or services, click the "Pay" button and complete the form with your details. From this moment, the client will be considered a customer of Girona Experience and is deemed to accept all the general terms and conditions of service purchase. To complete the purchase, the client must provide credit card details to the bank so that the payment is processed securely. All transactions are conducted through secure payment platforms, ensuring full confidentiality of your data.

Through this notice, Girona Experience (hereinafter "THE COMPANY") informs users of its website www.gironaexperience.es  about its policy for protecting personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data") so that users may freely and voluntarily provide THE COMPANY with the requested Personal Data through the contact form.

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt to legislative changes and industry practices.
